1.AGB

The company encanto chile is located in overbergstr. 58, 44801 bochum, therefore the legal seat of the company is germany. All tours, booked over encanto chile underlie the german legislation. On booking a tour with encanto the bill will be presented in german/ drafted in germany.
Encanto chile does not take any responsibility for damages resulting from health risks, climate, natural catastrophes or accidents.
We therefore recommend a travel insurance with the guarantee of transport back to germany

2.Payment

On booking a tour a deposit of 40% of the total price which is calculated into the final price on our german account is requested. At the moment it is not possible to pay with credit card. As soon as the down payment is done you will get a confirmation by email or fax.
International and national flights as well as boat tours are booked by us.
The rest of the payment must be done 30 days prior to the tour start without special notification.
